Roadie Media Ltd (company no. 14753427), based in Bristol, UK, is the controller of the personal information described here. This policy covers roadie.media and our agency services. Tempo has its own policy at tempo.roadie.media/privacy.

• What you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, organisation and message.
• What we need to work with you as a client: contact details, invoicing details and access to the accounts and channels we manage for you.
• Basic, cookieless analytics about visits to this site (pages viewed, referring site, device type and rough location) from Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn’t identify you or follow you across other sites.

• To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice our services (contract, or steps before one).
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site (legitimate interests).
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Only the service providers that help us run the business: Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Resend (sending contact form emails), Google Workspace (email) and our accounting software. We never sell personal information. Some providers process data outside the UK, under safeguards such as the UK’s International Data Transfer Addendum.

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for six years after our work ends, as UK accounting rules require.

You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere. Email tom@roadie.media. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
